What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by Logging In and going to My Account. Click on "ORDERS HISTORY" to search for your order. Once the order is shipped you will be able to track it by the FedEx tracking number that is emailed to you when the order is shipped.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are determined by the FedEx option you choose and the size of your order (residential deliveries may not choose FedEX Ground.) The shipping charges are displayed in theShopping Cart.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We generally have all orders processed and packaged to ship within 3 business days. Please remember that shipping times from St. Regis, Montana run between 3 and 6 days depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date or for a special event (birthday gift, holiday meal, etc ) you may choose to contact us for shipping advice before completing your internet order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days, therefore cancellation of your order must be received within 24 hours of original order time. If the order has already shipped, you may return it by following the return policy below.
What do I do if I receive defective or faulty merchandise?
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped and take extra care to ensure they are properly packaged. If anything arrives defective please contact us. If your package appears damaged in shipment please contact us (toll free 1-866-649-2407) and 1-800-GO-FEDEX or your local Post Office right away. We’ll do whatever it takes to make it right!
What is your return policy?
We guarantee all products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the merchandise in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund less shipping charges. We will credit you in the form of original payment. All returns should be shipped with a copy of the packing slip to:
